Saturday 4/23/22, Senator Persaud and staff hosted the Annual Easter Egg Hunt in NYC Parks & Recreation Department - Canarsie Park.
Many families and children from across the district came out to enjoy the festivities, with nearly 4000 eggs in three areas for the children to find and twenty-four gold eggs. With the gold egg, the child selected one of our many available prizes.
The children and adults had an enjoyable time and left with many goodies. In addition to the candy bags, there were books, toys, hand sanitizer, character balloons designed by Clown Ding A Ling, arts and crafts, lots of snacks, drinks, and resources for the family.
