We knocked on over 2,000 doors this weekend for our Census Day of Action! Thank you to all of our volunteers, and the offices of Assemblymember Diana C. Richardson and Community Board 9 for reminding our neighbors that the census is coming up in less than two weeks!

Our office will be holding Tenant's Rights Legal Clinics with Mobilization for Justice through 2020! The next clinic will be tomorrow, March 4th from 3-6PM. Clinics are by appointment only so call our office to schedule one! Clinics will be held every second and fourth Monday of every month.

The Brooklyn Borough President will be hosting the Utica Avenue Task Force Kickoff Meeting tomorrow, March 4th from 6:30-8PM at the Crown Gardens Community Room (1185 Carroll Street, Brooklyn). This is a new working group to study transit potential improvements along the Utica Avenue corridor, featuring a presentation from the Regional Plan Association.

NYC youth residents between 16-21 years of age who are enrolled in high school or college with at least a minimum GPA of 3.00 are encouraged to apply. Asian American and Pacific Islander high schoolers will participate in a week-long program that includes interactive leadership development sessions, guest speakers, and networking opportunities with prominent AAPI leaders and Congressional leaders in Washington, DC.
