The Caribbean Women's Health Association is offering lots and lots of resources for new mothers! They will hold their next Breastfeeding and Safe Sleep Workshops on Friday, October 11th. They're also offering Breastfeeding Support Groups every third Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Finally, they're holding ABCs of Parenting workshops throughout October. Elephant Circle's Birth Worker of Color Scholarship application cycle is now open through October 20, 2019- 12pm MST (2pm EST). Elephant Circle seeks to assist self-identified Birth Workers of Color with scholarship funds to support skills training, education, travel and books/supplies. More info here
